Housekeeping
Assistant Housekeeping Manager (FT). Qualifications & responsibilities include:
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a busy office setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to train others and work with them in this physical job setting
- Ability to delegate tasks to large groups of employees effectively
- Self motivated and dependable
- Experience with interviewing, scheduling and coaching
- Adequate knowledge of Resort/Hotel Industry – Housekeeping experience helpful
- Ability to work the physical nature of the job requiring lifting, bending, kneeling, etc – on your feet for most of day. Job description sign-off necessary for consideration
- Work with many different personalities – department size over 100 employees
- Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Flexibility of schedule – able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Typical work week is 40 to 55 hours per week – compensation based on experience

Social Activities - Seasonal. Job Description: Facilitate & organize various activities, games & contests throughout the day. Monitor amenities such as Bumper Cars, Go Carts, Rifle Range, and enforce their safety rules. Must be outgoing, pleasant, creative, and assertive in controlling crowds in a positive way. Must be able to work weekends & holidays, and available through Labor Day.

Lifeguards - Seasonal - Preferred to be certified in CPR for the profession rescuer, Lifeguard training & community First Aid and Safety, but we will certify exceptional candidates. Duties include monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep Pool & Sports Complex clean & maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays through Labor Day.

Lifeguard/Swim Instructor: PT or FT Year-Round. Preferred to be certified in CPR for the profession rescuer, Lifeguard training & community First Aid and Safety, but we will certify and train the right candidate. Must have supervisory experience. Duties include monitoring swimming areas and lifeguards, teach childrens' swim lessons, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep Pool & Sports Complex clean & maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays.
