Woodloch Pines Resort

 

COCKTAIL SERVERS (seasonal)- Provide personal, professional, and organized bar service to our guests. Other responsibilities include a working product knowledge of bar related items, wine service and sales, children's drinks and sales, organization of checks, and the ability to adapt to different modes of bar operations. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

DINING WAIT STAFF (part-time)- Provide guests with hospitality and service in the Dining Room, serve meals and beverages.  Other responsibilities include setting, clearing and cleaning tables, clearing and cleaning areas worked in.  Split shifts, days, evenings, holidays and weekends. 

 

DISHWASHER (full-time, part-time, seasonal)- Efficiently and effectively wash, sanitize and organize pots, pans, china & flatware. Make sure dishware & flatware are clean and put away in the proper place. Help dining room staff ready to set up the tables for service. Evenings, weekends and holidays.

 

GIFT SHOP ATTENDANT (part-time)- Provide customer service to guests shopping in our stores, maintain the cleanliness of the store and replenishing inventory. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

 

HOUSEKEEPING (part-time)- Clean rooms/lobby/restrooms/other areas; clean rugs/carpets/draperies; empty wastebaskets; sweep/mop/dust/polish; sort linens/make beds/collect soiled linens; replenish supplies. Entry level position; requires supervision. No experience required / will train. Must lift/carry 50 lbs, when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be flexible.

 

LIFEGUARD (seasonal)- Monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep pool area clean & maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays. Lifeguard training, community First Aid Safety & CPR prefered but will give the certification.

 

RESERVATIONS (part-time)- The daily priority of this job is to: handle all guest phone calls and/or inquiries from drop-in guests, to be able to answer or reroute any questions, inquiries, and call backs, send brochures, edit and maintain Master File with guest names, addresses, etc., be able to verbally acquaint new guest with Woodloch, book and confirm reservations with letters.  

 

SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC (part-time)- 5 years' experience, hardworking, committed to exceptional customer service. Maintain the proper operating condition of small engine equipment by setting routine service schedules and timely service of equipment when needed. Must be flexible. 

 

SOCIAL (full-time)- Concentration kids programs. Must be outgoing, pleasant, reliable, and have the ability to adjust to & accept daily change. Be able to produce and evolve creative ideas and have spirit of cooperation & team work. Must be flexible nights, weekends and holidays.

 

 


The Country Club at Woodloch Springs

 

CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certification, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

 

FRONT DESK ATTENDANT (full-time)- Monitor guests and members entering/exiting Sports Complex, track fitness programs, provide assistance with exercise machines. Must be computer literate, offer exeptional customer service, and be available to work weekends & holidays.

 

HOSTESS (part-time)- Greet the guests in a professional manner. Answer any questions the guest may have about the restaurant. Assist when necessary the dining room servers, runners or server assistants in there daily duties. Maintain the flow of the dining room and communicate the needs for the day to the manager.

LINE COOK (full-time)- Ensures proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods according to standardized recipes.  Supervises employees in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.  Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.  

 

SERVER (part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to Woodloch Springs residents, guests and members. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service.  Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

  


The Boat House Restaurant

 

HOST (part-time)- Greet, seat, and hand out menus to guests.  Assign tables to wait staff and maintain flow of dining room.  Take payment from guests and operate cash register.  Must have exceptional customer service skills, be 16+ yrs old and able to work nights, weekends & holidays.

 

BUSSER (seasonal)- Assist waitstaff in food service, set up restaurant, and maintain appearance of restaurant.  Must be 16+ yrs old and able to work nights, weekends & holidays.

 


 

The Lodge at Woodloch

The following positions are available at our sister property, a world-class destination Spa:

 

BAKERY ASSISTANT (seasonal)- Assist in the entire production and maintain standards of production for all items in Bakery. Maintain a high level of quality & presentation of all Bakery products. Uphod overall sanitation, safety and cleanliness of the Bakery area. 

 

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (full-time)- Must have housekeeping & laundry background within the hospitality industry. Experience in coordinating, training, supervising staff on a daily basis, interviewing, and scheduling. Must be able to stay organized and prioritize many different tasks. Must be flexible with scheduling; nights, weekends, and holidays required.

 

MASSAGE THERAPIST (full-time, part-time, on-call)- Administer massage and other body treatments to Spa guests. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Be knowledgeable about all spa and resort/company programs and information. Must hold current certification from accredited massage school, state license and/or national certification. One year experience providing massage services in a high-end salon or luxury spa environment preferred.

 

SALON HAIR STYLIST (part-time)- Provide consistent professional hair treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Must hold PA state cosmetology license. One year experience as a stylist in a high- quality, luxury-oriented full-service salon preferred.

 

SALON NAIL TECHNICIAN (part-time)- Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Must hold PA state cosmetology license. One year experience as a nail technician in a high- quality, luxury-oriented full-service salon preferred.

 

SERVER (full-time, part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to guests. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service. Fine dining and wine knowledge a plus. Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

SPA CONCIERGE (full-time, part-time)- Must be detail-ed oriented; efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, facility features and hours of operation to internal and external guests. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills. Weekend, evening & holidays a must.
