Woodloch Pines Resort

 

RESORT BARTENDER (part-time)- Experience in bartending and complete knowledge of standard drink recipes & liquor products required. Must be flexible and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service. Lunch, dinner and late-night shifts.

 

COCKTAIL SERVERS (full-time, part-time)- Provide personal, professional, and organized bar service to our guests. Other responsibilities include a working product knowledge of bar related items, wine service and sales, children's drinks and sales, organization of checks, and the ability to adapt to different modes of bar operations. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

DINING WAIT STAFF (part-time)- Provide guests with hospitality and service in the Dining Room, serve meals and beverages.  Other responsibilities include setting, clearing and cleaning tables, clearing and cleaning areas worked in.  Split shifts, days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

HOUSEKEEPER- (full-time, part-time)- Clean rooms/lobby/restrooms/other areas; clean rugs/carpets/draperies; empty wastebaskets; sweep/mop/dust/polish; sort linens/make beds/collect soiled linens; replenish supplies. Entry level position; requires supervision. No experience required / will train. Must lift/carry 50 lbs, when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. must be flexible.

 

MAINTENANCE THIRD SHIFT (part-time)- The ideal candidate has general electrical/mechanical skills and at least 4-5 years of general maintenance in a resort setting. Pool care experience would be a plus. Strong work ethic, positive thought process, and ability to interact well with co-workers and clients is expected. Must be willing to work weekends, and holidays. 

 

OVERNIGHT MANAGER (full-time)- This position will have the final say during the overnight shift. Confirm all staff is working safely and efficiently and complete rounds of the resort property. Deal with problems, questions, and concerns from guests and staff. Willing to complete RAMP certification, OSHA Training, CPR & First Aid Training. Will be involved with appropriate department heads to coach and discipline overnight staff. Basic accounting, radio, and phone skill needed. Must be flexible- weekends & holidays A MUST!

CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certification, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

 

LIFEGUARD (part-time)- Monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep pool & Sports Complex clean & Maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays. Lifeguard training, community First Aid Safety & CPR prefered but will give the certification.   

 

SERVER (part-time) - Provide food & beverage service to Woodloch Springs residents, guests and members. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service.  Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

The following positions are available at our sister property, a world-class destination Spa:

 

ADVANCED YOGA INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- Instruct guests about the proper asanas and yogic positions that will help them to stay fit. 4+ yrs exp, takes continuing education seriously.

 

AM COOK (full-time, part-time)- To cook and to ensure food quality and presentation; and to maintain organization and cleanliness of a professional kitchen. The position reports directly to chef supervisor.

 

BELL/VALET (part-time)- Organizes and manages the flow and storage of luggage for arriving and departing guests, as well as the flow of all guest vehicles, in accordance with departmental and hotel standard operating procedures with an emphasis on hospitality, security, and efficiency. Maintain an orderly, organized hotel entrance in accordance with hotel and departmental standard operating procedures emphasizing guest hospitality.

 

BUILDING & GROUNDS MANAGER (full-time)- Overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operations of the facility and grounds. Responsible for the maintenance of the entire hotel to include guestrooms, spa, restaurants, kitchens, meeting rooms, lobby, and laundry, all back of the house areas, the exterior, and grounds. Participate in the development and management of hotel policies and contributions to it financial success.

 

FITNESS ATTENDANT (part-time)- Excellent personal appearance, good listening and communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. The ability to work in a high-volume, busy service environment while maintaining composure and focus on the guest.

 

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR- CERTIFIED (part-time)- Responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certificaion, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays. 

 

HOSTESS (part-time)- Greet the guests in a professional manner. Answer any questions the guest may have about the restaurant. Assist when necessary the dining room servers, runners or server assistants in there daily duties. Maintain the flow of the dining room and communicate the needs for the day to the manager.

 

LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR (full-time)  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements of experience, mathematics', and communication are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Oversee smaller groups of employees, generally 4 employees to a crew, instruct, lead and teach the procedure of the job.

 

MASSAGE THERAPIST (full-time, part-time, on-call)- Administer massage and other body treatments to Spa guests. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Be knowledgeable about all spa and resort/company programs and information. Must hold current certification from accredited massage school, state license and/or national certification. One year experience providing massage services in a high-end salon or luxury spa environment preferred.

 

NAIL TECHNICIAN (part-time)- Warm, enthusiastic manner, with excellent listening, interpersonal and guest relations. Minimum 1year experience as a nail technician in a high-quality, luxury-oriented full-service salon preferred. Must be able to lift 20lbs. Hold and maintain a PA state cosmetology license.

 

SALON SUPERVISOR (full-time)- Five years experience in high-quality, luxury-oriented full-service salon. Perform nail and hair services, with strong administrative and management skills, including experience with managing inventory. Warm, enthusiastic manner, with excellent listening, interpersonal and guest relations skills. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

 

SPA CONCIERGE (full-time)- Must be detail-oriented; efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, facility features and hours of operation to internal and external guests. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
