Woodloch Pines Resort

 

BARTENDER (seasonal)- Experience in bartending and complete knowledge of standard drink recipes & liquor products required.  Must be flexible and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service.  Lunch, dinner and late-night shifts.

 

COCKTAIL SERVERS (full-time, part-time, seasonal)- Provide personal, professional, and organized bar service to our guests. Other responsibilities include a working product knowledge of bar related items, wine service and sales, children's drinks and sales, organization of checks, and the ability to adapt to different modes of bar operations. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

DINING WAIT STAFF (full-time, part-time, seasonal)- Provide guests with hospitality and service in the Dining Room, serve meals and beverages.  Other responsibilities include setting, clearing and cleaning tables, clearing and cleaning areas worked in.  Split shifts, days, evenings, holidays and weekends. 

 

HOUSEKEEPING (full-time, part-time)- Clean rooms/lobby/restrooms/other areas; clean rugs/carpets/draperies; empty wastebaskets; sweep/mop/dust/polish; sort linens/make beds/collect soiled linens; replenish supplies. Entry level position; requires supervision. No experience required / will train. Must lift/carry 50 lbs, when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Must be flexible.

 

LIFEGUARD (seasonal)- Monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep pool area clean & maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays. Lifeguard training, community First Aid Safety & CPR prefered but will give the certification.

 

SAFETY SERVICES (part-time)- Provide safety to guests and staff, security patrols and provide Emergency Medical Service to guests, staff and area residents.   Essential duties include but not limited to:  EMT responsibilities, patrol for security and safety, investigation of reports, work front desk phones, respond to requests for other departments.  This position requires EMT and CPR Pro certificates and Drivers license.  Schedule is flexible shift work.  Holidays and weekends are required.

 

SOCIAL (part-time, seasonal)-  Must be outgoing, pleasant, reliable, and have the ability to adjust to & accept daily change. Be able to produce and evolve creative ideas and have spirit of cooperation & team work. Must be flexible nights, weekends and holidays.

Assist when necessary the dining room servers, runners or server assistants in there daily duties. Maintain the flow of the dining room and communicate the needs for the day to the manager.  

 

SERVER (full-time, part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to Woodloch Springs residents, guests and members. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service.  Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

The following positions are available at our sister property, a world-class destination Spa:

 

FITNESS ATTENDANT (part-time)- Excellent personal appearance, good listening and communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. The ability to work in a high-volume, busy service environment while maintaining composure and focus on the guest.

 

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR-CERTIFIED (part-time)- Responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certification, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

 

HAIR STYLIST (part-time)- Provide consistent professional hair treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Must hold PA state cosmetology license. One year experience as a stylist in a high- quality, luxury-oriented full-service salon preferred.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (full-time)- Must have housekeeping & laundry background within the hospitality industry. Experience in coordinating, training, supervising staff on a daily basis, interviewing, and scheduling. Must be able to stay organized and prioritize many different tasks. Must be flexible with scheduling; nights, weekends, and holidays required.

 

MASSAGE THERAPIST (full-time, part-time, on-call)- Administer massage and other body treatments to Spa guests. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Be knowledgeable about all spa and resort/company programs and information. Must hold current certification from accredited massage school, state license and/or national certification. One year experience providing massage services in a high-end salon or luxury spa environment preferred.

 

NAIL TECHNICIAN (part-time)- Provide consistent professional nail, hand and foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Must hold PA state cosmetology license. One year experience as a nail technician in a high- quality, luxury-oriented full-service salon preferred.

 

POOL BAR ATTENDANT (part-time)- Run outdoor Bar in Spa Area, make drinks, sell food and offer great customer service. Responsible for setting up, stocking/re-stocking the bar of liquor, drink ingredients and of any food items. Responsible for register, cash bank, sales receipts etc. Weekend & evening work required.

 

SALON SUPERVISOR (full-time)- Five years experience in high-quality, luxury-oriented full-service salon. Perform nail and hair services. Strong administrative and management skills, including experience with managing inventory. Warm, enthusiastic manner, with excellent listening, interpersonal and guest relations skills. Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

 

SERVER (full-time, part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to guests. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service. Fine dining and wine knowledge a plus. Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

SERVER ASSISTANT (part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to guests. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service. Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends. 

 

SPA CONCIERGE (full-time, part-time)- Must be detail-ed oriented; efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, facility features and hours of operation to internal and external guests. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills. Weekend, evening & holidays a must.
