Woodloch Pines Resort


DINING WAIT STAFF (part-time)- Provide guests with hospitality and service in the Dining Room, serve meals and beverages.  Other responsibilities include setting, clearing and cleaning tables, clearing and cleaning areas worked in.  Split shifts, days, evenings, holidays and weekends.


HOUSEKEEPING (full-time, part-time)- Clean rooms/lobby/restrooms/other areas; clean rugs/carpets/draperies; empty wastebaskets; sweep/mop/dust/polish; sort linens/make beds/collect soiled linens; replenish supplies. Entry level position; requires supervision. No experience required / will train. Must lift/carry 50+ lbs, when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.Must be flexible.


MAINTENANCE (full-time, part-time)- The ideal candidate has general electrical/mechanical skills and at least 4-5 years of general maintenance in a resort setting. Pool care experience would be a plus. Strong work ethic, positive thought process, and ability to interact well with co-workers and clients is expected.


RESERVATIONS (full-time, part-time)-The daily priority of this job is to: handle all guest phone calls and/or inquiries from drop-in guests, to be able to answer or reroute any questions, inquiries, and call backs, send brochures, edit and maintain Master File with guest names, addresses, etc., be able to verbally acquaint new guest with Woodloch, book and confirm reservations with letters.

CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certification, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.


LIFEGUARD (full-time)- Monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep pool & Sports Complex clean & Maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays. Lifeguard training, community First Aid Safety & CPR prefered but will give the certification.

The following positions are available at our sister property, a world-class destination Spa:


BELL/VALET (part-time)- Organizes and manages the flow and storage of luggage for arriving and departing guests, as well as the flow of all guest vehicles, in accordance with departmental and hotel standard operating procedures with an emphasis on hospitality, security, and efficiency. Maintain an orderly, organized hotel entrance in accordance with hotel and departmental standard operating procedures emphasizing guest hospitality.


GATE HOUSE ATTENDANT (part-time)- To make sure proper staff, guests and vendors are allowed on property. Excellent communication and listening skills. Weekends, holidays, and nights a must.


MASSAGE THERAPIST (full-time, part-time, on-call)- Administer massage and other body treatments to Spa guests. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Be knowledgeable about all spa and resort/company programs and information. Must hold current certification from accredited massage school, state license and/or national certification. One year experience providing massage services in a high-end salon or luxury spa environment preferred.


SERVER (full-time, part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to guests. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service. Fine dining and wine knowledge a plus. Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.


SPA CONCIERGE (full-time)- Must be detail-ed oriented; efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, facility features and hours of operation to internal and external guests. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
