Woodloch Pines Resort

 

COCKTAIL SERVERS (full-time, part-time)- Provide personal, professional, and organized bar service to our guests. Other responsibilities include a working product knowledge of bar related items, wine service and sales, children's drinks and sales, organization of checks, and the ability to adapt to different modes of bar operations. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

DINING WAIT STAFF (part-time)- Provide guests with hospitality and service in the Dining Room, serve meals and beverages.  Other responsibilities include setting, clearing and cleaning tables, clearing and cleaning areas worked in.  Split shifts, days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

EMT THIRD SHIFT (part-time)- Provide safety to guests and staff, security patrols and provide Emergency Medical Service to guests, staff and area residents. Essential duties include but not limited to: EMT responsibilities, patrol for security and safety, investigation of reports, work front desk phones, respond to requests for other departments. This position requires EMT and CPR Pro certificates and Drivers license. Schedule is flexible shift work. Holidays and weekends are required.

 

MAINTENANCE (full-time, part-time)- The ideal candidate has general electrical/mechanical skills and at least 4-5 years of general maintenance in a resort setting. Pool care experience would be a plus. Strong work ethic, positive thought process, and ability to interact well with co-workers and clients is expected.

 

RETAIL PRODUCT MANAGER (full-time)- Create, customize, and maintain standards of production for all items of the Market at Woodloch. Create and maintain recipe book, with casted recipes for all items in the Market. Set up par inventories. Oversee and maintain fellow co-workers’ overall sanitation, safety and cleanliness of the Inn/Market area. Maintain a high level of quality and presentation of all Market products.

CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certification, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

 

LIFEGUARD (part-time)- Monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep pool & Sports Complex clean & Maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays. Lifeguard training, community First Aid Safety & CPR prefered but will give the certification.   

 

SERVER (part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to Woodloch Springs residents, guests and members. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service.  Must be 18+ years old. Nights, weekends and holidays a must.

The following positions are available at our sister property, a world-class destination Spa:

 

ADVANCED YOGA INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- Instruct guests about the proper asanas and yogic positions that will help them to stay fit. 4+ yrs exp, takes continuing education seriously.

 

BELL/VALET (part-time)- Organizes and manages the flow and storage of luggage for arriving and departing guests, as well as the flow of all guest vehicles, in accordance with departmental and hotel standard operating procedures with an emphasis on hospitality, security, and efficiency. Maintain an orderly, organized hotel entrance in accordance with hotel and departmental standard operating procedures emphasizing guest hospitality.

 

ENGINEER (full-time)- Responsible for performing preventative maintenance and general repairs in and around the resort and spa as needed. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of pools. Strong work ethic, positive thought process, ability to interact well with co-workers and clients is expected. Must be willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.  

 

HOSTESS (part-time)- Greet the guests in a professional manner. Answer any questions the guest may have about the restaurant. Assist when necessary the dining room ervers, runners or server assistantsin there daily duties. Maintain the flow of the dining room and communicate the needs for the day to the manager. 

 

MASSAGE THERAPIST (full-time, part-time, on-call)- Administer massage and other body treatments to Spa guests. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Be knowledgeable about all spa and resort/company programs and information. Must hold current certification from accredited massage school, state license and/or national certification. One year experience providing massage services in a high-end salon or luxury spa environment preferred.

 

SERVER ASSISTANTS (part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to guests. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service. Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

SPA ATTENDANT FEMALE (full-time)- Organization of guest grooming area, relaxation and locker areas, issuing robes, slippers and locker keys to all guests. Stock and replenish all guest and professional supplies including the removal of used linen to appropriate storage areas.

 

SPA CONCIERGE (full-time)- Must be detail-oriented; efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, facility features and hours of operation to internal and external guests. Excellent communication, listening and computer skills. 

 

SPA NIGHT HOUSEKEEPER (full-time, part-time)- Clean rooms/lobby/restrooms/other areas; clean rugs/carpets/draperies; empty wastebaskets; sweep/mop/dust/polish; replenish supplies. Must lift/carry 50 lbs, when necessary. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. 

 

SPA PREP ATTENDANT (part-time)- Maintains the organizations and cleanliness of guest areas and treatments staff prep room. Operationally supports all spa treatment: stocking service products and linens, maintaining massage and bodywork supplies and equipment, awareness of guest’s services scheduled.
