Woodloch Pines Resort

 

BARTENDER (full-time, part-time)- Experience in bartending and complete knowledge of standard drink recipes & liquor products required. Must be flexible and dedicated to providing exceptional guest service. Lunch, dinner and late-night shifts.

 

COCKTAIL SERVERS (part-time)- Provide personal, professional, and organized bar service to our guests. Other responsibilities include a working product knowledge of bar related items, wine service and sales, children's drinks and sales, organization of checks, and the ability to adapt to different modes of bar operations. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

DINING WAIT STAFF (part-time)- Provide guests with hospitality and service in the Dining Room, serve meals and beverages.  Other responsibilities include setting, clearing and cleaning tables, clearing and cleaning areas worked in.  Split shifts, days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

DISHWASHER (full-time, part-time)- Efficiently and effectively wash, sanitize and organize pots, pans, china & flatware. Make sure dishware & flatware are clean and put away in the proper place. Help dining room staff ready to set up the tables for service. Split shifts days, evenings, weekends and holidays.   

                                                                 

FRONT DESK CLERK (part-time)- Provide guests with exceptional hospitality; check guests in & out; cashier with accuracy; answer switchboard & more. Must be a quick learner and capable of applying math skills to figure discounts, billing, and other guest charges. Saturday and Sunday work required. 16-40 hrs/week, must be flexible.

 

HOUSEKEEPING- Assistant Manager (full-time)- Must have experience with interviewing, hiring, evaluating training, scheduling, coaching, and MS Office. Adequate knowledge of the Hospitality Industry a plus.  

 

MAINTENANCE (full-time)- The ideal candidate has general electrical/mechanical skills and at least 4-5 years of general maintenance in a resort setting. Pool care experience would be a plus. Strong work ethic, positive thought process, and ability to interact well with co-workers and clients is expected. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays. 

 

PASTRY CHEF (full-time)- Oversee the entire production of the Bakeshop area. Create and maintain recipe book, with coasted recipes for all items in the Bakeshop. Maintain a high level of quality and presentation of all Bakeshop products. Culinary arts Degree or Specialized Bakeshop training is essential. Preferred minimum 2 years’ experience in confections, pastries, cakes, and pastry decoration and bakery preparation.

 

WATER - Assistant Director (full-time)- Supervisory skills required. Must be lifeguard certified, instructor certified, have Pesticide certification (w/ swimming pool accreditation), and able to work flexible hours.

  

WATER - Beach Manager (seasonal)- Supervisory skills required. Lifeguard experience prefered but not required. Duties include supervising lifeguards, cocktail staff, boating areas, and general beach area.

 

WATER- Lifeguard (Full-time)- Prefer certified in CPR for the profession rescuer, Lifeguard training & community First Aid and Safety. Duties include monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep Pool & Sports Complex clean & maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays.

 

WEDDING & BANQUET COORDINATOR (full-time)- Work with clients and couples to plan banquets and weddings at Woodloch Resort.  Be responsible for every aspect of the planning and execution of the event.  Must be highly personable, creative, artistic, detail oriented and professional. Required skills: salesmanship, computer, social media, organizational, and time management.  Business background required; Hospitality or Business Degree preferred. Flexible schedule required to work long hours, late nights and weekends.

CERTIFIED GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certification, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

 

LIFEGUARD (Full-time)- Prefer certified in CPR for the profession rescuer, Lifeguard training & community First Aid and Safety. Duties include monitoring swimming areas, serve food & drink to resort guests, keep Pool & Sports Complex clean & maintained. Must have exceptional guest service and be available to work weekends & holidays.

 

LINECOOK (full-time)- Ensures proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods according to standardized recipes. Supervises employees in the absence of a Kitchen Manager. Serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets.

 

SERVER (full-time)- Provide food & beverage service to Woodloch Springs residents, guests and members. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service. Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends, and be able to lift 50+ lbs.

 

SWIM INSTRUCTOR (full-time, part-time)- Responsible for teaching group and private swim lessons. Experience and Certification requested, but not required. Willing to train and certify. The right person could lead to advancement in Swim School Coordinator position, Which involves, marketing, scheduling, training other instructors, etc

The following positions are available at our sister property, a world-class destination Spa:

 

ADVANCED YOGA INSTRUCTOR (part-time)- Instruct guests about the proper asanas and yogic positions that will help them to stay fit. 4+ yrs exp, takes continuing education seriously.

BELL/VALET (full-time)- Organizes and manages the flow and storage of luggage for arriving and departing guests, as well as the flow of all guest vehicles, in accordance with departmental and hotel standard operating procedures with an emphasis on hospitality, security, and efficiency.  Maintain an orderly, organized hotel entrance in accordance with hotel and departmental standard operating procedures emphasizing guest hospitality.

 

ENGINEERING (full-time 2nd shift)- Maintenance and general repairs in and around the resort and spa area as required. Responsible for responding to guest calls, resolving their issues promptly in a friendly and hospitable manner. 5years experience and/or 2years of related experience in the maintenance trades a plus. 

 

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR- CERTIFIED (part-time)- Responsible for leading multiple group fitness classes that range in variety and fitness levels; strength, stretch, water aerobics, etc. Must have and maintain a current Fitness or Group Fitness related certification. Must have a current Adult CPR certificaion, be able to work flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

 

LAUNDRY ATTENDANT (full-time)- Maintain clean supplies of linens for Hotel by sorting, soiled, and unsoiled linen, loading and unloading washers and driers, folding and storing of linen. Must be flexible with scheduling; nights, weekends, and holidays, organized, communication skills, and self-motivated.

 

HAIR STYLIST (on-call)- Provide consistent professional hair treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Must hold and maintain a Pennsylvania state cosmetology license. Minimum of 1yr experience as a stylist.  

 

MALE SPA ATTENDANT (full-time, part-time)- Organization of guest grooming area, relaxation and locker areas, issuing robes, slippers and locker keys to all guests. Stock and replenish all guest and professional supplies including the removal of used linen to appropriate storage areas.

 

MASSAGE THERAPIST (full-time, part-time, on-call)- Administer massage and other body treatments to Spa guests. Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Be knowledgeable about all spa and resort/company programs and information. Must hold current certification from accredited massage school, state license and/or national certification. One year experience providing massage services in a high-end salon or luxury spa environment preferred.

 

SERVER ASSISTANTS (full-time, part-time)- Provide food & beverage service to guests. Other responsibilities include maintaining the appearance of the dining room and provide exceptionally friendly service.  Must be 18+ years old. Days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

 

STEWARDS (full-time, part-time)- Efficiently and effectively wash, sanitize and organize pots, pans, china & flatware. Make sure dishware & flatware are clean and put away in the proper place. Help dining room staff ready to set up the tables for service. Evenings, weekends and holidays.

 

PREP ATTENDANT (part-time 2-3 days)- Maintains the organizations and cleanliness of guest areas and treatments staff prep room.  Operationally supports all spa treatment: stocking service products and linens, maintaining massage and bodywork supplies and equipment, awareness of guest’s services scheduled.
