Dear Chris & Kathy:

The party's over but the memory lingers on…

The eleven houses that we rented were outstanding; everyone said it was much better than being in a hotel room. Cozy, clean and very functional. Chris how can I ever repay you? I know I bugged you daily, that's what mother's do. But you listened and did your job very well.

Kathy, the table arrangements were perfect and our conference call with KerryMae really paid off. We met her on Saturday afternoon and everything was perfect. Jim provided the easel for our picture display and provided us with the best food service. The food (attention: chef) was outstanding and served with enough time in between courses and hot.

Bar service was great, drinks generous and served on demand.

I never met Jen, please convey our comments to her as well.

The brunch was a wonderful way to say farewell Chris. Food again was outstanding and generous portions of everything. We were noisy, you may have had some complaints but we were too busy having a good time to care (sorry).

The baskets placed in the houses were wonderful; thank you Connie.

Thanks to Woodloch and all their staff that made our party a success.

What can top a weekend with friends and family at Woodloch Pines? You guessed it… a midweek corporate retreat at Woodloch! Only Woodloch can provide its "tradition of excellence and warm hospitality" to corporate guests. As you can sense, our January 9th–11th visit to Woodloch was a smashing success. My intent was to provide my senior executives with an environment that would stimulate productive conversation while encouraging social interaction to forge a strong team! It all came together as desired!

Thanks to entire Woodloch familyfor working their magic. A special thanks to Fawn and Jody for their caring involvement with our group. And finally, to Chris Bower who makes a personal commitment to the success of every visit to Woodloch.

Dear Mr. Kiesendahl,

My name is Michele Pellicone and I am the Sales Coordinator for the meeting I just had for our company at Woodloch Springs. The name of the company is ATOFINA Chemicals, Inc. I have to tell you I have been doing meeting planning for several years and I have never worked with a staff like the staff at Woodloch Springs.

Lisa Hugaboom was my contact during the entire meeting planning experience and she was always there to help me with any questions or concerns I had. We had several changes during the course of planning my meeting, and everything was handled with such professionalism. Lisa always returned phone calls and anything I needed, was addressed within a half an hour time frame. If for any reason she could not get me an answer within a minimal time frame, she would call me and give me a brief update and then call me back when she had an answer.

I also had the pleasure of working with Julie Johansen and what a pleasure it must be to have someone like Julie on your staff. Both Lisa and Julie were there throughout the entire meeting, helping me with any last minute changes I had right down to accompanying our group to the team building and also the bike riding. Julie was a fantastic on site contact and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful also.

Both Julie and Lisa along with several other staff members were outstanding. I want to tell you that T.J. and Stacey in the halfway house were incredible with helping me get the homes ready with several things I had to put in the 9 homes that we rented. Carl and Jim the waiters were very social and very on top of things.

The sales staff of Fawn, Dorothy and Alice were true pleasures to talk to on a daily basis. I wish every place I planned a meeting would have the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge as your entire staff does. Everyone that attended commented on how friendly the entire staff were and how everyone went out oh their way to help and no request was too small or too big to ask.

I want to thank you and the staff for such a wonderful memorable experience at Woodloch Springs and we hope to work with the staff again in the new future.

Several people have asked me for Lisa's name as several were so impressed, as they would like to vacation at Woodloch later in the spring or summer.

I thank you for such a great staff and would like to hear from you to discuss further.

Dear Mr. Kiesendahl,

Last year our department hosted its annual training conference at Woodloch Springs, with 160 staff members attending. I am writing to let you know that, in a large part due to your wonderful staff, the conference was a huge success! The facilities were great, staff was accommodating and pleasant, and the food was plentiful. I can't say enough about how professional and welcoming your staff is. They happily catered to our every need, and were flexible in dealing with any last minute changes that arose. As the training coordinator for our district and the one responsible for the planning of all our conferences, I can say that this conference was the most stress-free one I have ever planned and attended in the past five years. I was able to actually enjoy myself and partake in some of the activities, something which I am rarely able to do at the conference.

Our staff is continuing to comment on the wonderful time they had at Woodloch, and are hoping that we are able to return next year. I want to thank you and your staff for making our conference so enjoyable, and we look forward to being able to return to Woodloch in the near future.
