This was our first vacation to your resort and we never imagined how great it would be. When we arrived with our two sons (ages 6 and 3) and our daughter (age 5 months) we settled in at the outdoor kiddie pool. By the look on our boys' faces, my husband and I knew this would be the best vacation we ever took. There was so much to do for all age groups. From swimming in the lake, to boat rides, hayrides and activities and games for the whole family; we enjoyed every minute of it. Every night after dinner the boys would watch the deer walk past our balcony. The night before we left we attended the Staff show and our boys loved it! We knew we would definitely be booking again for next summer. The next day, the boys were upset that we had to leave. My 3-year-old kept referring to Woodloch as "our new home". When we came home our friends and family asked what Woodloch was like. I referred to it as better than Disney World — it's a vacation the whole family, no matter what age, would really love.
Thank you for a wonderful vacation. The staff was very helpful and extremely polite. They made us feel like we were special. We can't wait to come back next summer and stay at "our new home" again.

Thank you for the best family vacation we've ever had!
I found your resort via a search on the Internet and decided against an all-inclusive Caribbean resort and booked a weeklong trip to Pennsylvania (Yes, most people, including my children, thought I was crazy!).
Hats off to all your employees who made us feel like family. From, our favorite waiter Keith, to the social staff, and the front desk who helped us in the "Amazing Race", everyone helped to create family memories that won't soon be forgotten.
In the car on the way home my daughter summed it the best. We've been to Myrtle Beach and Disney and I can't remember which one we went to last summer, but I'll always remember this vacation.
My husband introduces me as "Woodloch's Unofficial Spokesperson" when anyone asks about our vacation.
Having been in Human Resources for many years I can appreciate the management style and corporate culture that must be present in your organization to foster an atmosphere where your guests leave as "raving fans". I bought the book about the resort's history and intended to share it with some of my colleagues who I think will find it interesting.

We just arrived home after our first visit to Woodloch and we're already looking forward to another trip! We had a fantastic time and enjoyed all activities. Our children enjoyed our time with you so much, they'd rather have another vacation at Woodloch than at Disney! We can not find fault with anything!
Your staff was amazing and truly accommodated our every need. The wait staff, Dana, LaToya, Rob Miguel, and so on were wonderful. The food was delicious, even the most finicky among us enjoyed it.
