Charter Member—Our most prestigious class of golf membership provides the member, spouse and all unmarried children less than 21 years of age lifetime golf privileges at The Country Club at Woodloch Springs. Benefits include:

One-Time Initiation Fee: $45,000
Founding Member—Members in the founding class pay a one-time initiation fee, which includes the member, spouse and all unmarried children less than 21 years of age. Members pay annual dues each year according to the applicable individual, couple or family annual fee schedule. Benefits include:

House Member—Membership for the individual or couple who is enthused about having all the social privileges of our regular Woodloch Springs membership plus limited golf availability. House Members pay cart fee only during the shoulder season from the opening of the course to May 15th; and from September 22nd to the closing of the golf course. The House Member will pay cart and green fees from May 16th through September 21st. Benefits include:
- 4 day advanced tee times
- Access to all club events
- Membership card with charging privileges
