Our staff of PGA Professionals, led by John Pillar, Director of Golf, tailors lesson to each individual based on body type, athletic ability and natural tendencies to provide you with a game that is easily repeatable and enjoyable for years to come. Whether you're looking to lower your score or just learn the basics; our staff will provide the specific skills for a great game.

John Pillar, is the PGA Director of Golf at The Country Club at Woodloch Springs since it's opening in 1992.  John manages the entire golf operation for the 450-acre residential community. John has made his number one responsibility to ensure the tradition of excellence at Woodoch and 100% Guest satisfaction. 

John is an Executive Board member and Secretary for the Philadelphia Section PGA and President of the Pocono Professional Golf Series.

Jared Cottell is in his 6th season as PGA Head Golf Professional at the Country Club at Woodloch Springs. His main responsibility is overseeing the day to day operations at the golf course and making sure every guest is 100% satisfied with their time at Woodloch Springs. Jared also was the first assistant golf professional at Glen Oak Country Club in Clarks Summit, PA, Dellwood Country Club in New City, NY, and Arcola Country Club in Paramus, NJ. While employed at these facilities he worked his way through the PGA’s Education Program and was elected to Class “A” membership in March of 2004. While in the PGA of America’s PGM Program, Jared was awarded the prestigious Titleist/Foot Joy Apprentice Scholarship for outstanding achievement. Jared also is a 2000 graduate of Penn State University. While at Penn State, Jared majored in Professional Golf Management.

Kris Rudy is in his 5th season as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Country Club at Woodloch Springs.  Currently going thru the PGA of America's Educational Program, Kris was an assistant at Wyoming Valley Country Club from 2003-2006. Kris spent 2006-2008 in Arizona at Western Skies Golf Club, while playing The Gateway Tour and spends his winter months working at The Loxahatchee Club in Jupiter, FL.  His understanding of the game of golf and teaching make him and outstanding member of our professional staff.
