General Information Concerning Your American Plan Reservation
You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the facilities; however, your accommodations may not be ready for occupancy until 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 6:00 PM on Sundays and holidays. Check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise stated. Guests staying at Woodloch Springs may check in and check out at the Woodloch Market and Guest Home Registration located outside of Woodloch Springs on Route 590.
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, travelers’ checks or cash. In lieu of gratuities, a 15% service charge will be added to your account. The exception is bar and luggage gratuities, which should be handled at time of service.
For our Theme Nights; jackets are optional, collared shirts required; no tee shirts.
Our meals are served family style with a choice of 3 entrees per meal with unlimited refills. If you require special dietary needs please contact our special diets team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your arrival.
Your deposit is refundable upon receipt of cancellation thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, less a $25 administrative fee. If your cancellation is received less than thirty days in advance, we will hold your deposit for a future reservation, which must be made within two years. Cancellation with less than five (5) days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.
We invite our guests to play golf at our golf course at Woodloch Springs, located 1 ½ miles from the resort. Tee times may be arranged 20 days in advance by calling the Pro Shop at (570) 685-8102. Greens fees are not included in your package price.
Responsible babysitters are available and arrangements may be made at the Front Desk upon your arrival. Please inquire about the rates for this service at the Front Desk.
Cribs and microwaves are available at an additional charge. Pets are not permitted at Woodloch.
