Woodloch Springs organizes and produces golf tournaments, pro-ams and clinics. Tournaments are usually held on Mondays and we can accommodate up to 144 golfers. We can provide clothing, balls, tees and other products imprinted with your logo. Gift certificates are also available. Many food and beverage options are available to create the perfect package for your group.

PGA Family Course Program
In conjunction with the PGA of America and US Kids, Woodloch had adopted the PGA Family Course Program.
The Family Course Program consists of 2 additional sets of tees for junior golfers. The blue (level 1) tee markers will play approximately 1,100 yards, and the gold (level 2) tee markers will play approximately 1,800 yards. The junior golfer will also have a specific scorecard for the course that they are playing.
We hope that this will make the round of golf at Woodloch fun and enjoyable for all of the members of your family.
*Dress Code- Proper golf attire is required on the golf course, driving range and putting green at all times. No cutoffs, short shorts, tennis shorts, jeans of any kind, tank tops, track shorts or halter tops are allowed and proper footwear is required. The use of metal spikes is prohibited.
Cancellation Policy- In the event you are unable to keep your tee time or you will be arriving with fewer players, it is mandatory that you give 24 hour notice to the Golf Shop. If notice is not given, you will be charged $25.00 per player billed directly to your room or account. The only exception would be inclement weather.
Pace of Play- An acceptable pace of play is 4 1/2 hours for 18 holes. Rangers and starters will be the governing authority on the golf course. All members and guests are expected to cooperate with the rangers. Groups falling behind will be asked to pick up their ball and advance to the position according to time spent on the golf course.
Reservations- Woodloch guests with a confirmed reservation are able to schedule tee times up to 30 days in advance. All non-guests may reserve tee times up to 4 days in advance.
