General Information Concerning Your Non-Traditional Plan Reservation

Upon arrival, you may check in at the Woodloch Market and Guest Home Registration located on Route 590 outside of Woodloch Springs. If it is after business hours, your keys can be picked up at the Woodloch Springs Gatehouse. You are welcome to arrive early and enjoy the facilities; however, your home may not be ready for occupancy until 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, or 6:00 PM on Sundays or holidays. Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise noted. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, travelers’ checks or cash. In lieu of gratuities, a 15% service charge will be added to your account. The exception is bar and luggage gratuities, which should be handled at time of service.

Meal reservations may be made by calling 800.966.3562 Option 1, Option 3. Advance reservations are recommended, as meal or dining room choice are subject to availability. When making your reservation, please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions or are celebrating any birthdays or anniversaries. Dress code requirements may vary by dining location. For our Theme Nights, jackets are optional and collared shirts are required; no tee shirts. Please note: meal reservations must be canceled by noon of that day in order to avoid a last-minute cancellation fee.

Your deposit is refundable upon receipt of cancellation thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date, less a $25 administrative fee. If your cancellation is received less than thirty days in advance, we will hold your deposit for a future reservation, which must be made within two years. Cancellation with less than five (5) days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.

We invite our guests to play golf at our golf course at Woodloch Springs, located 1 ½ miles from the resort. Tee times may be arranged 20 days in advance by calling the Pro Shop at (570) 685-8102. Greens fees are not included in your package price.

Responsible babysitters are available and arrangements may be made at the Front Desk upon your arrival. Please inquire about the rates for this service at the Front Desk.

Pets are not permitted. Each guest home is fully furnished including the following items: linens, house wares, TV, VCR/DVD Player, washer, dryer, and telephone. Laundry and dishwashing detergents are not provided. The maximum number of guests to be accommodated in the guest homes is a follows: Redwood ~ 12, Sequoia ~ 10, Hemlock ~ 8, Cedar ~ 6. Rollaways and cribs may be requested at an additional charge. Housekeeping services are available at an additional charge and can be arranged by calling the Front Desk.
