We're eager to welcome you home to Woodloch with our signature warm hospitality, but first, let us get you a little more familiar with the Woodloch experience and what to expect upon arrival.  Whether it be summer, fall, winter or spring, there's a lot to take in here and if it's your first time, it could be information overload. So, follow me and let's go on an adventure!
First things first, keep an eye on your inbox as we'll be sending you a pre-arrival note, giving you some more details about your upcoming stay.  Things like the highlighted activities during your stay, directions, dining notes, the Woodloch Wellness Standard and much more.  You'll also want to make sure you download the Woodloch App and explore. 
As you embark on your journey, take your time and we wish you safe travels.  In the event your room isn't ready when you arrive, we recommend you come prepared to play!  We'll text you once your room becomes available and you can collect your keys at your convenience. 
Now that you're finally here, the Front Desk is the headquarters of the entire resort.  If you have any questions, concerns, need something - ANYTHING, make sure you stop at or call the front desk. 
As you make your way to your spacious and comfortable room, please note that while daily housekeeping will not be available during your stay, to keep things tidy, we ask that you leave your trash and used linens in the hall.  We'll deliver fresh towels and linens for you upon request, and if you'd like to schedule a make-up for your room, please call the front desk.
On to the fun and games! The Woodloch resort app is your passport to adventure and knowledge!  Once you open up the app, you'll find information on our activities, amenities, entertainment, dining, and complementary Woodloch services. 
Let's start with the activities and amenities.  Every morning just before breakfast, the Woodloch activities schedule is secured.  We do it this way to accommodate for weather, staffing, guest makeup, among others.  The schedule will then be uploaded to the Woodloch app, Woodloch TV, and will be printed and distributed at the Front Desk and on your breakfast table.   We even have a QR code on the back of every map you can scan for the daily activity sheet.
Day and night, the action never stops.  Whether you're looking to spend some much needed R&R poolside, paddle around the lake, feel the thrill of the chase at go karts, or go for gold in one of Woodloch's premier group events, from sunup to passed bedtime, our daily activity sheet is where you'll find what you're looking for.
At the core of every Woodloch adventure is a great meal.  The Woodloch app will be your information central for all Woodloch's dining options.  From meal plan dining menus at Woodloch Pines, to our inspired a la carte cuisine in the Grille Room and Overlook at Woodloch Springs, along with quick-bites and cocktails to-go across the property.  We also take special diets very seriously at Woodloch and we encourage you to contact our team prior to your visit.
If you're looking to get around the main campus, Woodloch Pines, we have a shuttle system for your convenience. Our busses zoom from activity to activity all day and take about 10 or so minutes to cycle the resort.  Please note, these shuttles do not travel to Woodloch Springs, or The Lodge at Woodloch. 
If you're looking to take a swing or take your relaxation to the next level, be sure to make your reservation for our premier golf course over at Woodloch Springs, or one of the finest destination spa resorts in the world in The Lodge at Woodloch.
