Your Woodloch Reservation Confirmation

Your deposit is refundable upon receipt of cancellation fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date, less a $25 administrative fee.  If your cancellation is received less than fourteen days in advance, we will hold your deposit for a future reservation, which must be made within two years.  Cancellation with less than five (5) days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit.  In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure you are responsible for the full value of the stay. 

Resort casual is recommended. At dining locations, footwear is required and no exposed bathing suits (cover-ups needed).  For our Theme Nights, jackets are optional, collared shirts are required; no tee shirts.

Please be prepared to present a valid form of ID and CREDIT CARD at check-in, as the use of DEBIT CARDS will place a hold on your bank funds. This hold starts at $100 and can be up to double the total amount of your stay, and holds typically stay in place from 5-15 days (time varies per your financial institution’s policies).  Please note that Woodloch is not responsible for overdraft charges resulting from holds placed on your account by your financial institution.  Debit cards can be used for advance deposits and for final payment upon check-out with no holds.

CitiBank MasterCard Users: Using your card at check-in will authorize a $100 hold on your account. Upon check-out, an additional authorization for the total amount of your stay will be placed on your account. This hold will reduce available credit to you and the hold will not be released until the end of your billing cycle (per CitiBank’s policy).  Please consider using an alternate credit card at check-in to avoid this hold.

Due to American Express’ pre-authorization policy, we are unable to accept American Express Gift Cards at any terminal on our property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Woodloch endeavors to maintain and confirm accurate pricing when available for all stays, services, and additional amenities, whether in verbal or written form. Woodloch reserves the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or update any reservation, whether confirmed or unconfirmed, due to (but not limited to) the following reasons: pricing errors, lack of availability, human error, resort closures, changes or additions of supplemental charges such as taxes, resort fees, service charges, gratuities, occupancy charges, etc. In the event of a cancellation due to closure or lack of availability, your deposit will be refunded in full.

In the event of any damage to any property or accommodations above normal wear and tear, the guest will be responsible for any costs associated with repair or replacement.  In the event that smoking is detected in any accommodations, a $300 smoking fee will be added.

An initial and advance deposit via valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation.  An additional deposit may be required prior to check-in at a later time. 

Only registered guests of Woodloch are permitted access to the Woodloch Pines and Springs properties and any accommodations or amenities.  Woodloch requires all names and any relevant information to be provided and finalized up to five days before arrival to ensure that all guests are registered properly.

Requests for specific accommodations can be noted, but are not guaranteed.  Woodloch reserves the right to make changes to your accommodation based on extenuating circumstances, such as but not limited to maintenance issues, guest conflicts, and acts of God (i.e.: extreme weather).  Confirmed accommodations may be substituted with accommodations suitable for the total number of occupants at the price confirmed at the time of booking.  Please note that all accommodations are non-smoking and detection of smoking in any room or house will result in an assessed smoking fee. 

Woodloch is proud to participate in the Green Lodging Partnership with the Delaware Highlands Conservancy. A $3.00 donation will be added to your guest bill at check-out, but can be removed upon request. We invite our guests to play golf at our championship course at Woodloch Springs, located less than 2 miles from the resort. Tee times may be arranged 30 days in advance by calling the Pro Shop at (570) 685-8102. Green fees are not included in your package price

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the Woodloch Pines property. We do have some pet friendly houses at our nearby property, Woodloch Springs. There is an applicable $300.00 non-refundable, deep pet-cleaning fee for up to 2 animals. Pets must be crated, caged or in the garage area when you are away from the rental home. 

Service Animals: Woodloch adheres to Title II and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and all service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome at Woodloch Pines and Woodloch Springs.

Support Animals: Guests wishing to bring a support animal, comfort animal, or therapy dog to the resort must provide an ESA letter written by a Licensed Mental Health Professional containing the Health Professional’s license type, date of license, license number and issuing state.  A statement from you animals vet confirming the animal’s current health, vaccinations, and demeanor must also be provided.  There is an applicable $300.00, non-refundable fee.

Reserving Pet Friendly Accommodations:

The pet friendly homes must be reserved in advance of your stay and are subject to availability at the time of booking. If you fail to make proper arrangements in advance, Woodloch reserves the right to deny overnight accommodations with forfeiture of deposit. If we are able to change your accommodation type and the home has a different price, you will be charged the difference. If a pet is discovered in your accommodation that was not disclosed to us, you will be charged our standard pet fee of $300 plus an inconvenience fee of $1000.  We ask that all guests are mindful of our policy as having an animal in a non-approved home could severely impact another guest’s stay.  We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Spa reservations at The Lodge at Woodloch can be made 14 days in advance by calling 570-685-8000, option #2. Reservations for treatments are based upon availability, and booking a stay at Woodloch Pines or Springs does not guarantee access or treatment reservations at the Lodge at Woodloch.  Ages 16 and up only.

Pack & Play rentals are $30 plus tax for your stay.

Rollaway bed rentals are $50 plus tax for your stay with a maximum of two rollaways per accommodation.

Microwave rentals are available at $20 plus tax for your stay.
