The Corporate Leads Nurturing campaign is a way for us to send personalized emails to potential meeting planners using information we have gathered. These emails are highly personalized, and are sent from the viewpoint of Lisa Hugaboom.
After a lead’s contact information is submitted into the database, the first automated email is sent immediately, this action cannot be undone. Twelve days after the initial email, the second email is sent. Forty days later, the third email is sent. The final email is sent ninety days after the initial entry.
The form to the right is that starting point for this campaign and is where the potential contact’s information will be entered.
These emails contain first and last names and company information so please pay close attention to capitalization and spelling. Please be careful to properly enter lead’s first name, last name, and email address. This is extremely important as all future correspondence will be based on this initial information.
