Namaste friends! My name is Cristal Sharma and I am a yoga studio owner, educator and teacher in Central NJ. Leaving a corporate finance career nearly 20 years ago to pursue my passion has been a rewarding journey. Each day as a small business owner and mother of 3, I strive to find joy and be present in the beautiful chaos. Self-care is a big piece of how I balance it all – whether it is rolling out my yoga mat or binge watching Netflix. Through my own health battles, I have a new found awareness of food allergies and look for places to getaway who can safely include me at the table. Over the last 10 years, Woodloch has been a magical retreat to eat, meditate and bask in self-love.
