Terms & Policies
- Minimum one month rental
- No access to Woodloch Pines; ability to purchase daily activity bracelets.
- Includes access to:
- Indoor and outdoor use of Sports Complex (fitness center) and pools
- Use of outdoor recreational area at Woodloch Springs including tennis courts
- Use of golf course is permitted on a daily fee basis
- Limited pet friendly homes available (maximum of 2 pets) – additional cleaning fee will apply
UTILITIES/SERVICES
The following utilities are included in the rental: electricity, liquid propane, phone service, security monitoring, cable, Wifi, water and sewer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 10% of rental fee will be held by Woodloch Pines Inc. and will be returned provided the house is in the same condition as it was found less normal wear and tear. Guests will be assessed the cost of repairing any damage or any extraordinary cleaning resulting from the abuse or careless use of the premises or its contents.
PAYMENT DETAILS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a home. The remaining balance plus housekeeping fee and security deposit are due upon arrival.
