Our pets are an important part of our lives. At Woodloch we know how difficult it can be to leave your fluffy friends behind. So now you don’t have to! We’re introducing our pet program together with Vacation Rentals at Woodloch Springs so you can keep your four-legged family close by while enjoying Woodloch.
Reserving Pet Friendly Accommodations:
The pet friendly homes must be reserved in advance of your stay and are subject to availability at the time of booking. If you fail to make proper arrangements in advance, Woodloch reserves the right to deny overnight accommodations with forfeiture of deposit. If we are able to change your accommodation type and the home has a different price, you will be charged the difference. If a pet is discovered in your accommodation that was not disclosed to us, you will be charged our standard pet fee of $300 plus an inconvenience fee of $1000. We ask that all guests are mindful of our policy as having an animal in a non-approved home could severely impact another guest’s stay. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Terms & Conditions
- $300 non-refundable cleaning fee applies to each house with a pet reservation.
- Limit of 2 pets per house.
- Pets must be pre-registered.
- Pets must be crated, caged or in the garage area when you are away from the rental home.
- Other restrictions apply.
- Limited availability of participating houses.
- Pets are not permitted on the Woodloch Resort main campus.
