The American Plan is Woodloch’s famous inclusive package, comparable to a “Cruise on Land”.

The Non-Traditional Plan Package rates are per house, per night, and require a two-night minimum. Rates do not include 9% tax and 15% service charge. Maximum vacation rental occupancy may be exceeded by two. There is an additional charge of $50.00 per additional person, per night.

Available at Woodloch Springs, located only two miles away from our main property, Woodloch Pines. Transportation is not provided and you will be required to use your own vehicle to travel between properties.

Meals and daily housekeeping are not included, but can be purchased à la carte based upon availability. All homes come fully furnished with a gas fire place. Non-Traditional Plans require a two-night minimum with the exception of holidays where more nights may be required.

Please note: All vacation rentals are privately owned so décor and floor plans may vary from house to house.  All homes will have a full-size refrigerator, iron, ironing board, coffeemaker, combo VHS/DVD player, and complimentary WiFi access included for your convenience.  Pack & Plays are available at $30.00 per Pack and Play per stay.  One complimentary rollaway bed/bedrails available at no additional charge.  Additional rollaway beds available at $50 per bed per stay.

Particular homes are not guaranteed, and vacation rental owners have first preference to their home.  In the event that a homeowner chooses to take their home, Woodloch reserves the right to substitute suitable accommodations based on the number of total occupants.

We encourage you to pack a separate bag and arrive early to enjoy the facilities and activities. To ensure our housekeeping standards are maintained, your accommodations will be ready no later than 5:00 PM most days with the exception of Sundays which accommodations are guaranteed by 6:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM for Woodloch Pines and 11:00 AM for Woodloch Springs unless otherwise specified.

Requests for specific accommodations can be noted, but are not guaranteed.  Woodloch reserves the right to make changes to your accommodation based on extenuating circumstances, such as but not limited to maintenance issues, guest conflicts, and acts of God (i.e.: extreme weather).  Confirmed accommodations may be substituted with accommodations suitable for the total number of occupants at the price confirmed at the time of booking.

Please be prepared to present a valid CREDIT CARD at check-in, as the use of DEBIT CARDS will place a hold on your bank funds (the length of the hold varies per your financial institution’s policies). DEBIT CARD payments can be accepted for deposits on your account and at check-out only. We cannot accept any prepaid gift cards, including ones issued by credit card companies.

• Your deposit is refundable upon receipt of cancellation fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date, less a $25 administrative fee. If your cancellation is received less than fourteen days in advance, we will hold your deposit for a future reservation, which must be made within two years. Cancellation with less than five (5) days notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure you are responsible for the full value of the stay.
