Vacation Rental Guidelines
Please review our policies and guidelines of your vacation rental agreement prior to your arrival.
- Please treat your vacation rental with the same respect as you would your own home.
- When staying in a vacation rental at Woodloch, you may not park on the street or grass area. For overflow parking we ask that you leave your extra vehicles in the parking areas at the Woodloch Springs clubhouse.
- If excessive cleaning is required, an additional Housekeeping fee will be applied to your final bill with a minimum charge of $300.
- In the case of any accidental damage, we will assess the issue internally to decide if repair costs will be issued.
- If you move any furnishings within the home, we ask that you return them to their original location.
- Please refrain from using confetti in the home.
- BBQ grills are not permitted on the deck, if you have a non-Woodloch grill, it must be used on the back lawn or driveway away from the house.
- Please bag all household trash and secure it in the trash bins located in the garage of the home where applicable.
- Check under all beds, sofas, and in all drawers and closets for your belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for any items left behind in the vacation rental home. If you have left something in the property and we are able to locate it, we will ship it back to you. The shipping and handling rate is a $20 minimum and may increase based on weight.
- We ask that your used bathroom towels be placed in their respective bathtub.
- If you have a maintenance concern in the home (i.e. clogged toilet, something broken, light out, etc.), please contact our Front Desk as soon as possible to correct the issue.
