Plan a Snowy Family Reunion at Woodloch

Because the rates here at Woodloch Resort dip so incredibly low during the winter months, our most popular season for family reunions is winter. The summer crowds have slowly faded, the rates couldn’t be any lower, and everyone’s itching for a weekend away in the middle of winter. While your family cannot play 18 holes, waterski on Teedyuskung Lake, or reel in a catfish, our winter wonderland is home to several exhilarating outdoor activities.

Large groups have been gathering at Woodloch, one of the best family resorts in North America, since 1958. All you have to do is choose the dates, relax, have fun, and let us do the rest!

Spacious Meeting Rooms

Woodloch Resort can accommodate families of any size thanks to our many elegant meeting rooms. The classic and comfortable Mt. Laurel Room can be divided in two, creating an intimate family-style dining experience with lake-view bay windows and cozy fireplaces. The Keystone Room is conveniently located near outdoor adventures in the heart of the resort. Use the projector to screen a favorite movie or a family film, or take full advantage of the Keystone bar. Woodloch Springs has several smaller, business-style rooms, perfect for medium-sized family reunions looking for a quick meal in-between activities.

On-Site Catering

We wouldn’t be one of the best family resorts near New York City if we didn’t offer spectacular on-site catering services. If you take a peek at our extensive banquet menu, you’ll notice that we can oblige any dietary need. All meals include coffee, tea, milk, and soft drinks. Our breakfast options range from eggs benedict and buttermilk pancakes to a make-your-own breakfast burrito bar. Devour juicy burgers, tasty gyros, or classic tuna salad sandwiches at lunchtime. Dinner can be as elaborate as a Kansas City “steak-off” or as simple as a pizza station.
