The classes are regularly held in our dedicated chef’s kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and equipment. Learn how the chefs at Woodloch make their signature dishes then enjoy each succulent creation. The state-of-the-art demos will shed light on current techniques, healthy alternatives, and elegant presentation. Most ingredients are handpicked from our lush Farm-to-Table Garden. Woodloch Pines also offers a cooking class perfect for large groups led by our charismatic Activities Director, Joey Ranner. Chef Dave Nordenhold, our dessert chef and proclaimed creator of deliciousness, will piece together a meal you won’t soon forget.
The AWAY Program

Each wine tasting is educational, flavorful, and entertaining. Join friends for samples of the area’s finest wines, and let our resident sommelier teach the basics of wine appreciation. Learn how to create a classic or contemporary cocktail in a popular mixology class.
