Baby iceberg and gem lettuce salad with heirloom tomatoes, bleu cheese dressing, and bacon bits.

Medallion of Beef Tenderloin
with compound steak butter and sautéed mushroom caps.

Grilled Fillet of Jail Island Salmon Dijonnaise
with fresh dill, capers and zucchini noodles.

Chicken Milanese 
lightly breaded chicken breast, served over kale & spinach with roasted garlic & spinach ravioli, topped with roasted garlic & poultry jus.

Four Cheese Ravioli 
with a basil marinara (V) garlic knot.

Grilled Eggplant
served over spaghetti squash with chick peas & wilted spinach, topped with a lightly spiced pomodoro sauce.

Truffled whipped potatoes and asparagus with lemon vinaigrette

Dessert: Sour Cream Doughnut Tiramisu, Chocolate, Tapioca, & Rice Pudding / Jell-O

Banana -Nut & Sour Dough Bread
