Forest Bathing at Woodloch this Autumn

What is Forest Bathing?

The term forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, sounds a little more exotic than it is, but the effects are monumental. There is growing research that supports the Far East tradition and understanding that spending time in the deep woods has profound healing power. Over time, forest bathing can produce quantifiable changes in the body and mind. Plus, the immediate benefit is that it just feels good.

Learn about the philosophy while receiving practical tips on how to carry on with the practice at home from our Forest Bathing certified instructors.

All sessions are held on the first Saturday of the month and begin at 10am to 12pm through April 2020 and 9am to 11am for May and June 2020.
