Fun things to do on your lakefront vacation in the Poconos are certainly in no short supply at our resort.

7 Aquatic Things to Do in the Poconos

Because our resort is on the shores of Lake Teedyuskung, spending time on the water is easy. To help you decide what aquatic adventures to enjoy, we’ve put together a list of some of our favorites.

  1. Cast your line fishing. Purchase your fishing license online, then head to one of our docks to see if you can reel in any of the sunnies, bass, or catfish found in the lake.
  2. Go on a self-guided adventure with one of our paddle boats or rowboats. This outing allows you to explore at your own pace. There are also kayaks, paddleboards, and sailboats available.
  3. Learn about the resort and the Pocono Mountains region on one of our scenic lake boat tours. This guided excursion takes you to the furthest reaches of Lake Teedyuskung.
  4. Test your skills waterskiing around the lake. This activity has been a Woodloch staple since 1958.
  5. Make a splash by going down our outdoor waterslide. The famous slide offers guests a speedy descent into our corralled swimming area.
  6. If you want to explore another scenic lake, reserve a spot on an outing with Wallenpaupack Boat Tours. You can choose a 50-minute boat tour or charter a captained boat for two or three hours.
  7. Take a sunset stroll along the shoreline. Our property features a walking path along the lake’s edge, offering stunning views.
